Well we have lots going on this Easter at the Botanic Garden!
I have been busy setting up our Botanic Garden Easter display. Below is a picture of some of our exciting, colourful stock ranging from kids toys to bunting! I know I have got my eye on the hopping rabbits, my daughter will love these.
We also have a window display planned for Waterstones on the 30th March. This will be full of Easter stock and anything related to spring……..including a giant rabbit!!
If you have nothing planned over the Easter Holidays, the Botanic Garden is holding its 12th Annual Easter Chick Hunt. This is on the 5th and 6th April, 10-4pm. It is a fun family event organised by our 'Friends of the Garden'. A nest full of Easter chicks have hatched and escaped and are believed to be hiding in the Botanic Garden. The idea is to find as many as you can! It is an exciting game, attended by many, including me this year! Hope to see you there!
